Literacyhead is a weekly online magazine for connecting literacy and the visual arts designed to support teachers in using the visual arts to strengthen literacy instruction. The website was built on a user friendly content management system and features an automatic membership component, archive of issues, social media integration, etc. The site engages the visitor by use of lightboxes, dropdowns, and roll-overs.
The Oconee County Republican Party approached Jones Web Designs in search of a fresh website re-design along with the ability to edit the site content themselves. Jones Web Designs utilized an easy to use content management system to design a site full of features and information. The site has a built in eNewsletter system, social media integration (facebook, twitter, rss, etc), an events calendar, a links database, a blog, and a photo gallery.
